Job Overview: You’ll be the operational backbone of a structured sales outreach system, managing multi-channel prospect sequences that drive real business results. This isn’t just data entry—you’ll be executing a proven sales methodology while maintaining the personal touch that converts prospects into customers. You’ll work directly with the founder, managing critical touchpoints that fuel company growth, all while enjoying the flexibility of remote work and the satisfaction of seeing your efforts translate into measurable business impact.

Responsibilities:

  • Execute LinkedIn outreach campaigns by logging into the founder’s account and sending connection requests following predetermined sequences
  • Manage templated email campaigns as part of multi-touch prospect sequences with specific day-based triggers
  • Maintain comprehensive spreadsheet tracking system for all prospect interactions and sequence timing
  • Monitor LinkedIn and email responses, immediately alerting founder when prospects reply for follow-up
  • Follow systematic day-triggered sequences (Day 1: LinkedIn request, Day 3: email, Day 6: phone call notification)
  • Consolidate and manage multiple calendars across different projects to prevent scheduling conflicts
  • Coordinate scheduling to ensure all appointments appear on relevant calendars and avoid overlaps
  • Communicate directly with founder via WhatsApp for real-time updates and response notifications
  • Work collaboratively using shared tracking systems to manage prospect pipeline and maintain sequence integrity

Requirements:

  • Experience managing LinkedIn accounts and social media platforms professionally
  • Proficiency with email management systems and CRM-style tracking workflows
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow systematic, multi-step processes without deviation
  • Advanced organizational skills for calendar management and schedule coordination across multiple projects
  • Excellent written communication skills and ability to work independently while maintaining regular check-ins
  • Comfortable working with spreadsheets, data tracking, and following templated messaging sequences
  • Reliable high-speed internet connection and professional communication setup
  • Bonus if you have experience with sales sequences or lead generation processes
