Contract: Independent Contractor
Monday - Friday or Tuesday - Saturday 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM UK Time includes 1-hour unpaid break(8 hours a day/40 hours per week)
Responsibilities

Respond to customer inquiries via chat, email, and social media

Handle order tracking, delivery, and returns in a professional manner

Manage calendars, appointments, and task follow-ups

Organize and maintain files, trackers, and brand documents

Support email marketing: newsletters, bulk campaigns, follow-ups, and database management

Engage in social media community management: reply to comments, DMs, and inquiries; support influencer/collaborator responses; basic outreach and engagement

Provide general admin support and assist with research or coordination tasks as needed

Requirements

Strong background in customer service and admin support

Proven experience in social media community engagement (Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.)

Experience in email marketing tools/CRMs (newsletters, bulk sends, contact lists)

Excellent written and spoken English

Organized, reliable, and detail-oriented

Familiar with Google Workspace and Gmail

Bonus: Canva or other basic editing/design tools
