Role Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Administrative Assistant to support daily marketing and operational workflows for a growing digital consulting business. This role focuses on email scheduling, performance tracking, internal coordination, and ad management. Key Responsibilities

Schedule and manage pre-written email campaigns according to established timelines

Provide regular data updates and performance tracking reports

Communicate with the content writer as needed to coordinate changes, updates, or clarifications

Upload and manage ads across designated platforms

Monitor campaigns to ensure everything is published correctly and on time

Flag issues, inconsistencies, or errors related to scheduling, content, or ads

Support general operational tasks related to marketing workflows
Required Qualifications
