Role overview
We’re hiring an Amazon Seller Central & Shopify Operations Coordinator to own the day-to-day execution of our Shopify and Amazon sales channels.
This is an operations-focused role for someone who enjoys working inside platforms, resolving issues, maintaining clean systems, and keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes. You will be responsible for listings, order flow, customer support coordination, and operational reporting.
Meta involvement is limited and supportive only (catalog and link hygiene). This is not a marketing or media-buying role.
Key responsibilities
Shopify & Amazon operations
- Maintain and update product listings across Shopify and Amazon (titles, descriptions, images, variants, pricing, inventory settings).
- Monitor listing accuracy, storefront hygiene, promotions, discount codes, and basic QA.
- Manage Seller Central tasks including variation issues, suppressed or stranded listings, and case management.
- Support catalog compliance and proactively flag account-health risks.
Order, fulfilment, and inventory coordination
- Monitor orders, shipment exceptions, and delivery issues.
- Coordinate with fulfilment partners (including FBA) to resolve issues efficiently.
- Support returns, refunds, and exchanges with accurate tracking and follow-through.
- Maintain internal trackers for inventory levels, exceptions, and operational tasks.
Customer experience
- Respond to customer enquiries via email/helpdesk in a calm, professional manner.
- Resolve customer issues end to end (order status, address updates, damaged or missing shipments, returns, refunds).
- Identify recurring customer issues and suggest operational or content improvements (FAQs, product pages, shipping messaging).
Meta support (light coordination only)
- Support basic Meta needs such as product/catalog hygiene, link checks, and asset coordination.
- No campaign strategy, ad buying, or performance optimisation required.
Reporting and process improvement
- Prepare weekly operational reporting (sales by channel, top SKUs, return reasons, customer themes, open issues).
- Help improve SOPs and workflows to reduce repeat issues and increase operational consistency.
Must-have requirements
- 2+ years experience in eCommerce operations.
- Hands-on experience with Shopify and Amazon Seller Central.
- Strong attention to detail and comfort with platform-heavy, repetitive work.
- Experience handling customer support issues, returns, and refunds.
- Solid working knowledge of Google Sheets or Excel.
- Ability to work consistently with PST/PT business hours in a remote team.
Nice-to-have
- Experience with helpdesk tools (e.g. Gorgias, Zendesk).
- Familiarity with FBA, 3PLs, ShipStation, or returns platforms.
- Experience troubleshooting Amazon catalog complexity (variations, flat files).
- Basic understanding of Meta product catalogs.
