Job Description

We are seeking a Dental Insurance Specialist to join our remote team and help our practices run efficiently. In this role you will be performing insurance verification and eligibility checks for patients, rescheduling appointments when needed, and providing overflow call support. This is a key role that helps ensure excellent patient service.

Responsibilities

- Conduct insurance verification and eligibility checks for patients

- Proactively complete verification for upcoming appointments

- Work closely with office staff via online chat and calls

- Reschedule appointments when needed

- Handle patient call overflow when office staff is unavailable

- Take messages and ensure patient calls are returned promptly

Requirements

- Previous dental insurance experience is a must
- Fluent in English and Spanish required
- Excellent phone communication skills
- Solid data entry and organization abilities
- Independent and proactive working style
