Role Name: Business Development Representative
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5pm Mountain with a 30-minute unpaid break

- Maintain consistent communication and detailed reporting on lead generation activities

Requirements:
- Experience in business development, lead generation, or sales roles with proven results
- Strong communication skills for professional client interaction and relationship building
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment with reliable self-management
- Proficiency with CRM systems and lead generation tools for efficient workflow
- Comfortable with cold calling and appointment setting with confidence and persistence
