We’re looking for a detail-oriented Customer Support Specialist to deliver exceptional support through non-voice channels such as email and chat. In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for customers, providing clear, accurate, and timely assistance while maintaining precise records in our CRM system. You’ll collaborate closely with a supportive team, share insights and feature requests, and help improve the overall customer experience through feedback and smart workarounds.

 

This is an ideal opportunity for someone with strong written communication skills, a calm and empathetic approach to complex issues, and the ability to juggle multiple tasks with ease. If you have experience in customer support, are comfortable using ticketing and chat tools, and have an interest or background in trading or financial markets, you’ll stand out even more.

 
Responsibilities:
  • Respond promptly and accurately to customer queries and issues through non-voice channels such as email and chat.
  • Utilize effective communication skills to address customer needs and provide assistance.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with team members to share feature requests, and effective workarounds, and gather customer feedback.
  • Stay updated with market trends, trading strategies, and industry regulations.
 
Requirements:
  • Strong proficiency in Japanese and English across reading, writing, listening, and speaking
  • Proven experience as a Customer Support Specialist or in a similar role, preferably with a focus on non-voice channels like email and chat support.
  • Familiarity with ticketing systems and chat support tools.
  • Experience using ticketing systems, chat support tools, and CRM systems.
  • Understanding of CRM systems and their functionality.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle tough cases with patience and empathy.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Prior experience in trading (Stocks, FX, etc.) is a significant advantage.
