Job Description
You’ll be the technical expert who transforms how businesses manage their customer relationships through GoHighLevel CRM implementations. This role offers the opportunity to work with cutting-edge CRM technology while directly impacting client success and business growth. You’ll join during an exciting expansion phase where your expertise will help streamline processes and reduce onboarding times from weeks to days.

Responsibilities

• Onboard new clients onto GoHighLevel CRM systems with efficiency and attention to detail
• Set up and configure GoHighLevel accounts according to specific client requirements and business needs
• Optimize existing GoHighLevel systems to improve performance for current clients
• Provide technical support and guidance throughout the CRM implementation process
• Help streamline the onboarding process to dramatically reduce timeline from weeks to days
• Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions that keep clients moving forward
• Document best practices and create processes that support rapid scaling
• Onboard GoHighLevel Accounts
• Do social media engagement
• Create flyers on Canva
• Add these writing assignments to websites
• Collaborate with the team to identify opportunities for CRM service expansion
• Use ChatGPT to do some writing assignments (very simple steps since they have the prompts)
   

Requirements

• Proven hands-on experience with GoHighLevel CRM platform setup and configuration
• Strong technical aptitude for CRM systems, marketing automation, and funnel building
• Experience troubleshooting technical issues and providing clear solutions
• Ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines while maintaining quality
• Excellent communication skills for explaining technical concepts to clients
• Bonus if you have experience with other CRM platforms or marketing automation tools
• It helps if you have experience working with local businesses or service-based companies
