Responsibilities
Financial Analysis and Reporting

Analyze financial reports, including P&L statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements

Present financial data clearly to enable informed decision-making by owners

Monitor job profitability and assist with pricing decisions
Financial Meetings and Decision Support

Conduct weekly meetings with owners to review financial performance and cash flow

Provide practical guidance on profitable opportunities and operational decisions
Tax and Compliance Oversight

Assist with annual corporate and S-corporation tax filings, ensuring compliance with U.S. regulations

Maintain accurate and compliant financial records for audits, tax filings, and internal reporting
Strategic Financial Planning

Support short- and long-term financial planning for sustained profitability and growth

Identify risks and opportunities, providing actionable recommendations to owners
Communication and Leadership

Serve as a results-oriented financial advisor to company leadership

Required:
