Our client is seeking a highly motivated Lead Generation & Cold Calling Specialist to accelerate their expansion into the US market through strategic outbound campaigns. In this pivotal role, you’ll be responsible for identifying and engaging qualified prospects, building a robust sales pipeline, and directly contributing to the company’s growth. You’ll work closely with the account executive team, providing them with high-quality leads that convert into meaningful business relationships. This role offers excellent growth potential, performance-based incentives, and the opportunity to make a significant impact in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.

 

Responsibilities:
  • Execute targeted outbound cold-calling campaigns to B2B prospects in the US market

  • Generate and qualify high-quality leads for the account executive team

  • Develop and implement strategic lead generation campaigns aligned with growth objectives

  • Engage potential clients using a professional, consultative approach

  • Build and maintain a consistent sales pipeline through systematic prospecting

  • Collaborate with the sales team to optimize lead handoff and conversion rates

  • Track and report on key performance metrics to drive continuous improvement

 

Requirements:
  • Exceptional English fluency (essential for US market success)

  • Proven track record in outbound cold calling and B2B lead generation

  • Strong sales experience with demonstrated ability to engage decision-makers

  • Availability to work during US business hours or align with US time zones

  • Results-oriented with a history of meeting and exceeding targets

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; able to build rapport quickly

  • Self-motivated professional who thrives in a growth-focused environment

  • Experience with CRM systems and sales tools (preferred)
