Job Description: 

You’ll be the first voice customers hear when they’re looking for professional cleaning services. This isn’t just cold calling – you’re connecting busy homeowners and businesses with services they genuinely need. You’ll start by generating interest and qualifying prospects, with the opportunity to grow into handling the full sales cycle including quoting and scheduling. As you prove your impact, there’s clear potential to expand to full-time hours and even work across multiple franchise territories.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound cold calls to residential prospects in the Tampa, Florida territory
• Make B2B calls to commercial businesses for cleaning services
• Present carpet, upholstery, and tile & grout cleaning service offerings to qualified prospects
• Qualify leads and generate genuine interest in cleaning services
• Transfer interested prospects to owner for quoting (initially, with growth to handle directly)
• Follow up with warm prospects to maintain engagement and close opportunities
• Learn and eventually use quoting/scheduling system to book appointments independently
• Maintain accurate call logs and prospect information in CRM system
• Adapt messaging for both English and Spanish-speaking customers

Requirements:

• Experience with outbound sales, cold calling, or appointment setting (B2C and B2B experience preferred)
• Strong communication skills with professional, confident phone presence
• Bilingual Spanish/English capabilities strongly preferred (30% of territory is Hispanic)
• Ability to handle rejection while maintaining positive, persistent attitude
• Bonus if you have experience with CRM systems and sales tools
• It helps if you’re comfortable with morning calling hours and Eastern Time zone
