Job Description:
We are looking for a Creative Assistant to support the Creative Director in delivering high-impact OOH advertising campaigns, with a strong focus on 3D and holographic executions.
In this role, you’ll act as the operational and communication backbone of the creative team — managing campaigns end-to-end, translating client briefs into actionable creative tasks, and ensuring smooth coordination between clients and designers. You’ll be involved throughout the full lifecycle of campaigns, from briefing and storyboarding through to asset delivery and approvals.
This is an ideal role for someone who is organized, creative-minded, comfortable working with clients, and eager to grow within a cutting-edge creative environment.
Responsibilities:

Project managed 3D Holographic OOH advertising campaigns from initial brief through final delivery

Translate client briefs and creative kick-off calls into clear storyboards and creative directions

Act as a main point of contact for clients, providing updates and managing expectations throughout the campaign

Create and manage campaign timelines, ensuring deadlines are met across multiple clients and designers

Brief 3D designers on concepts, deliverables, and creative requirements

Share animation drafts and creative assets with clients and manage feedback, revisions, and approvals

Compile, organize, and distribute asset lists; collect, quality-check, and manage client-provided assets

Liaise with designers to resolve questions, clarify briefs, and address missing assets or change requests

Use DaVinci Resolve to implement and adjust side-screen visuals for client campaigns
Requirements:
We’re looking for a reliable and detail-oriented creative assistant, rather than a highly rigid profile. Ideal candidates will have:

Strong organizational and project coordination skills

Clear written and spoken English

Comfort working directly with clients and creative teams

Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines at the same time

A creative mindset with attention to visual detail

Basic experience or familiarity with:

Creative production workflows

Storyboards, visual briefs, or campaign coordination

Video or visual editing tools (DaVinci Resolve experience is a plus, but not mandatory)
