Role Overview
As a Real Estate Executive, you will play a key role in both transaction coordination and brand visibility. You’ll be the operational backbone of the business—ensuring transactions run smoothly—while also supporting the team’s digital and social media presence. This is an ideal role for someone who enjoys organization, client interaction, and creative marketing, with genuine potential to grow into a more strategic operations or marketing role over time.
You’ll work closely with experienced real estate professionals who value efficiency, trust, and proactive support.
Key Responsibilities
Transaction & Administrative Support
- Manage real estate transactions from contract to closing
- Gather, prepare, and organize all required documentation for property deals
- Maintain detailed checklists to ensure compliance and smooth workflows
- Perform accurate data entry across CRM, MLS, and internal systems
- Coordinate with agents, clients, lawyers, lenders, and vendors throughout each transaction
- Maintain well-organized digital filing systems for active and closed deals
- Assist with scheduling, inbox management, and client communications as needed
Social Media & Marketing Support
- Assist with social media management (posting, scheduling, and basic engagement) across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn
- Support the creation and coordination of real estate listings, property highlights, and team branding content
- Help maintain brand consistency across social platforms and marketing materials
- Assist with basic digital marketing initiatives (campaign coordination, Google Ads support, or analytics tracking where applicable)
- Coordinate with agents to promote listings, open houses, and market updates
Requirements
- Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and manage priorities in a remote environment
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
- Solid computer proficiency and willingness to learn new tools and systems
- Previous administrative or operations experience preferred
Nice to Have (Bonus Skills)
- Experience managing or supporting social media accounts
- Familiarity with digital marketing, content scheduling tools, or Google Ads
- Prior exposure to the real estate industry or transaction coordination
- Experience using CRMs, MLS platforms, or marketing tools
