Job Description

We are urgently seeking an experienced GoHighLevel Sales Development Representative (SDR) / Closer to sell GoHighLevel-based services for a VA-focused automation company. 

 

This is not a training role. You must be able to step in immediately and begin qualifying, demoing, and closing GoHighLevel deals without onboarding support.

 

You will work with warm inbound leads and business owners who are already interested in automation, lead management, and missed-call recovery solutions. Your role is to clearly demonstrate value, run confident GoHighLevel demos, and close onboarding fees and monthly retainers.

 

This role is ONLY suitable for candidates with hands-on experience selling GoHighLevel in real client environments.

 

Responsibilities

  • Qualify inbound leads and assess business needs using GoHighLevel use cases
  • Run live GoHighLevel demos, confidently showcasing:
    • Pipelines and opportunity tracking

    • Calendars and booking automations

    • SMS and email workflows

    • Missed-call text back and follow-up sequences

  • Sell outcomes, not features (more leads, more bookings, fewer missed opportunities)Close onboarding/setup deals ranging from £1,000–£3,000
  • Convert prospects into monthly retainers (£297–£1,000/month)
  • Handle full-cycle sales conversations with business owners and decision-makers
  • Maintain accurate pipeline tracking and follow-ups inside GoHighLevel or CRM
  • Collaborate with internal delivery teams to ensure smooth handoff post-sale

 

Requirements (Non-Negotiable)

This role is ONLY suitable if you meet ALL of the following:

  • Proven, hands-on experience selling GoHighLevel services

  • Previous experience working with or for at least one of the following:

    • A VA company

    • A GoHighLevel agency

    • A SaaS snapshot or white-label GHL offer

  • Ability to confidently:

    • Qualify leads

    • Run GoHighLevel demos independently

    • Explain automations, pipelines, calendars, and workflows in plain business language

  • Strong spoken and written English
  • Comfortable selling to business owners and senior decision-makers
  • Proven SDR or closing experience with GoHighLevel-based offers
  • Able to start immediately with no ramp-up time

If you have not sold GoHighLevel before, this role will not be suitable.
