Responsibilities:
- Expertly manage the executive’s calendar, scheduling appointments and ensuring optimal time utilization
- Coordinate travel logistics with precision, handling flight and hotel bookings for both personal and professional trips
- Seamlessly oversee household-related tasks for the executive’s families in Singapore and Pakistan
- Collaborate effectively with the Pakistan team to address ad-hoc tasks during their working hours
- Provide comprehensive administrative support, anticipating and addressing the executive’s needs proactively
Requirements:
- Demonstrated excellence in time management and multitasking abilities
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a professional demeanor
- Proficiency in utilizing productivity tools, such as calendars and email management software
- Ability to work independently, taking initiative and making sound decisions
- Flexibility to occasionally adjust working hours to accommodate time-sensitive tasks or international coordination
