Senior Paid Media Specialist

Schedule:

  • Full Time (40 hours /week)
  • Monday to Friday, 9 AM - 5 PM with 1 hour lunch

Join an established commercial fitness equipment business focused on driving high-quality inbound leads for new, used, and refurbished gym equipment. This role supports paid advertising, website optimization, and lead quality monitoring to improve return on ad spend and conversion performance across local and nationwide campaigns.

Job Overview:

As a Senior Paid Media Specialist , you will manage and optimize Google Ads campaigns while supporting website, landing page, and SEO improvements that directly impact lead quality and revenue. This role requires strong analytical thinking, hands-on Google Ads experience, and an understanding of how paid traffic, landing pages, and product listings work together to convert commercial buyers.

 

Responsibilities:

Google Ads Management & Optimization

  • Manage and optimize Google Search and remarketing campaigns
  • Adjust keywords, bids, budgets, and ad variations to maximize qualified leads and ROAS
  • Support campaigns for new, used, and refurbished gym equipment, gym build-outs, and nationwide shipping

Keyword Research, Ad Copy & Promotions

  • Perform ongoing keyword and competitor research
  • Add and manage negative keywords to reduce wasted spend
  • Write, test, and optimize ad copy for promotions such as used equipment sales, container arrivals, and build-outs

Landing Page & Conversion Optimization

  • Optimize landing pages, product pages, and collections for conversion and Quality Score
  • Ensure ad traffic is directed to the correct pages (new vs used, strength vs cardio, build-outs vs single units
  • Identify friction points and recommend improvements

Tracking, Reporting & Lead Quality Monitoring

  • Maintain and verify conversion tracking for calls, forms, and website inquiries
  • Review lead quality, not just lead volume
  • Provide weekly performance summaries with insights and action items

SEO & Website Optimization Support

  • Optimize meta titles, descriptions, product listings, and collections
  • Support organic visibility for commercial gym equipment searches
  • Align SEO efforts with paid advertising strategies

Requirements:

  • Proven experience managing Google Ads campaigns
  • Strong understanding of keyword research, bidding strategies, and ROAS optimization
  • Experience optimizing landing pages and product listings for conversion
  • Ability to analyze lead quality and performance metrics
  • Familiarity with conversion tracking for calls and form submissions

Bonus if you have:

  • Experience in e-commerce or equipment-based businesses
  • Experience marketing high-ticket or B2B products
  • SEO experience alongside paid media
  • Familiarity with Shopify, WooCommerce, or similar platforms
