Marketing Automation & Lead Generation Specialist - Paid Ads

Overview

You’ll play a key role in driving the organization’s life insurance growth by managing and optimizing lead generation and client acquisition efforts. This role is ideal for a results-driven marketing professional who understands how to attract, nurture, and convert prospects through structured, scalable marketing systems.

Working closely with leadership, you’ll take ownership of full-cycle marketing execution—from outreach and funnels to performance tracking—with a clear focus on increasing qualified leads and booked calls. This is a fully remote role in a collaborative and supportive environment.


Key Responsibilities

Lead Generation & Funnel Management

  • Build and manage email marketing campaigns to nurture and qualify life insurance leads

  • Design, launch, and optimize landing pages and sales funnels to improve conversion rates

  • Develop and manage affiliate and partnership programs to expand lead sources

  • Implement automated follow-up sequences to increase engagement and booked calls


Paid Advertising & Campaign Execution

  • Launch, monitor, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Google Ads

  • Test ad creatives, audiences, and messaging to maximize return on ad spend (ROAS)

  • Ensure all campaigns follow compliance-friendly life insurance marketing guidelines


Marketing Strategy & Optimization

  • Monitor campaign performance using key performance indicators (KPIs)

  • Conduct A/B testing on ads, email sequences, and landing pages

  • Continuously refine messaging and targeting to improve lead quality and conversion rates


CRM, Reporting & Lead Handoff

  • Maintain accurate CRM records and manage lead flow from marketing to sales

  • Prepare weekly reports on lead volume, booked calls, and conversion performance

  • Ensure smooth and timely handoff of qualified leads to the sales team


Collaboration & Execution

  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders on campaign priorities and approvals

  • Participate in planning sessions, performance reviews, and strategy discussions

  • Provide data-driven recommendations based on performance trends and insights


Requirements

Experience & Technical Skills

  • Proven experience in lead generation, marketing automation, and funnel optimization

  • Hands-on experience managing paid advertising platforms (Facebook Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads)

  • Strong understanding of email marketing and automated follow-up systems


Tools & Systems

  • Proficiency with tools such as ClickUp, Zoho CRM, HubSpot, Mailchimp, ActiveCampaign, Facebook Ads Manager, and Google Ads

  • Ability to track performance metrics and translate data into actionable insights
