Administrative Support Agent – METRC Data Entry

Overview
Support a regulated operations team by managing METRC data entry, inventory tracking, and compliance-related tasks. This role ensures accurate reporting, reconciliations, and adherence to regulatory standards while working closely with onsite operations teams.

Responsibilities

  • Enter, update, and maintain data in METRC on a weekly and as-needed basis

  • Create, reconcile, and manage packages, package adjustments, transfers, and manifests

  • Ensure METRC entries align with physical inventory and internal records

  • Review order sheets and internal fulfillment documentation

  • Maintain accurate packaging and inventory logs (weights, SKUs, batch numbers, destinations)

  • Cross-check order quantities against METRC package data

  • Coordinate daily and weekly updates with onsite operations teams via WhatsApp

  • Identify, flag, and escalate discrepancies or potential compliance risks promptly

  • Confirm accuracy of packages and manifests prior to transfers

  • Attend weekly virtual operations or compliance meetings

  • Provide regular status updates on METRC completion, outstanding items, and data discrepancies or compliance risks

Requirements

Required:

  • Prior hands-on experience using METRC

  • Background in data entry, administrative support, or compliance-focused roles

  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy

  • Ability to follow SOPs and regulatory workflows precisely

  • Reliable internet connection and ability to work independently

  • Comfortable communicating via WhatsApp and email

  • Fluent in English

Preferred (Nice to Have):

  • Experience working in regulated or compliance-driven environments

  • Familiarity with inventory and packaging logs, manifests and transfers, and inventory reconciliation processes
