Appointment Setter (Financial Services)

Schedule:
  • Mondays to Fridays, 9:00 am to 6:00 pm, with 1-hour unpaid break
  • Client time zone: Central European Time (CET)

Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Appointment Setter to join our dynamic financial services firm. We specialize in investment management and advisory, providing tailored financial solutions and innovative strategies to help our clients achieve optimal returns. Our services encompass a diverse range of investment opportunities, including real estate, private equity, and venture capital.

As an Appointment Setter, you will play a crucial role in our business development efforts by identifying and engaging with C-level executives and other high-potential clients. Your primary responsibility will be to generate qualified leads and set appointments for our senior advisory team.


Responsibilities:
  • Conduct multichannel outreach campaigns via phone calls, emails, and LinkedIn to connect with key decision-makers.
  • Engage prospects in concise, professional, and business-focused conversations to understand their financial needs and introduce our services.
  • Generate qualified leads and secure appointments for our sales team.
  • Utilize and manage our CRM and sales tools, including ZoomInfo, for lead mining and contact management.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of all interactions and appointments.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a seamless hand off qualified leads.

 

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in an outbound B2B sales or appointment-setting role, with a track record of reaching and engaging C-level executives.
  • Prior experience in the financial services, banking, or investment industry is highly desirable.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead a short, effective business conversation with a friendly and empathetic tone.
  • Possess a fluent command of English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
  • Strong experience with lead mining and utilizing tools like ZoomInfo.
  • Goal-oriented, self-driven, and highly organized with excellent communication skills.
