Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive, organized, and tech-savvy Marketing Operations & Social Media Assistant with experience in marketing, social media management, and content creation. This role will support our digital marketing by handling a variety of tasks, including graphic design, video editing, email marketing, social media posting, and KPI tracking. The ideal candidate will have excellent time management skills, attention to detail, and the ability to adapt quickly to competing priorities.

Key Responsibilities:
● Social Media Management & Content Creation
○ Create visually engaging graphics and edit videos for social media platforms.
○ Develop and implement content ideas across social channels.
○ Publish community content and engage with our audience daily.
● Email Marketing & Graphic Design
○ Create, schedule, and send email campaigns using our marketing platform.
○ Develop engaging emails for specific products and offerings.
○ Create and update graphics for summits and courses.
● Web & Product Management
○ Build and maintain web pages on our website.
○ Review and edit videos to capture content-relevant clips
○ Coordinate updates to ensure that digital content is accurate and on-brand.
● Data Analysis & Reporting
○ Gather and organize analytics to track key performance indicators (KPIs) across social media, email marketing, and web platforms.
○ Summarize performance metrics into actionable insights and reports for the team.
● Testimonial Collection & Cataloging
○ Gather and catalog testimonials from various sites and platforms.
○ Organize and maintain a database of testimonials to support marketing efforts.

Qualifications:
● Proven experience in social media management, content creation, graphic design, and video editing.
● Proficient in tools like Adobe Creative Suite, video editing software, and email marketing platforms.
● Background in gathering and organizing social media and email metrics.
● Ability to organize and interpret data to identify trends and support decision-making.
● Excellent time management skills and the ability to switch between tasks quickly.
● Proactive mindset and communicative
● Extremely proficient English reading/writing skills
