Job Description
As an Outbound Caller for our client’s real estate investment firm, you’ll play a pivotal role in growing and engaging their investor network. This position offers a unique blend of real estate, sales, and digital marketing, making it an excellent opportunity for someone looking to gain valuable experience in these fields. You’ll be the voice of the company, connecting with potential investors, verifying crucial information, and introducing exciting new marketing initiatives. Your work will directly contribute to the company’s growth strategy, helping to solidify its position as an innovative leader in the Southern California real estate market.
Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls daily to a diverse list of potential real estate investors
- Verify and update contact information, ensuring the accuracy of the investor database
- Educate investors about the company’s email communications and assist with spam folder checks
- Introduce and explain the company’s new Instagram marketing channel, highlighting its unique features and benefits
- Increase awareness of the company’s services and investment opportunities among potential investors
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of all interactions in the company’s database system
- Achieve and exceed daily call targets while maintaining high standards of communication quality
- Collaborate with the company owner to refine outreach strategies and improve conversion rates
- Adapt quickly to new technologies and marketing platforms as they are introduced
Requirements
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English, with a professional and engaging phone manner
- Proficiency in using VOIP systems and basic computer applications
- Ability to follow scripts while maintaining a natural, conversational flow
- Strong attention to detail for accurate data entry and meticulous record-keeping
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Basic understanding of or keen interest in real estate investment concepts
- Patience and perseverance in reaching out to potential investors
- Adaptability to learn and promote new marketing channels, particularly social media platforms
- Comfortable working with numerical data and explaining investment concepts in simple terms
- Ability to work full-time, aligning with U.S. Pacific Time business hours
- Previous experience in outbound calling, sales, or customer service is a plus
- Familiarity with CRM systems and data management tools is beneficial
