Senior Property Manager

 Role Overview:

The Property Manager will provide operational, administrative, and tenant-facing support to ensure seamless property management processes across a residential portfolio. This role requires professionalism, follow-through, excellent documentation practices, and strong interpersonal skills when working with tenants, vendors, and internal staff.

- 40 hours/week, 8 hours/day with 1hr unpaid break

- California Timezone (schedule to be discussed by the client during interview)

Requirements:

  • Fluent in English
  • Strong written and spoken English 
  • Must have own equipment (computer/laptop, reliable high speed internet, workspace free from interruptions/distractions)
  • 2+ years of property management experience (required)
  • Experience with Yardi software (preferred)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and respond to residents and prospects in CRM for leasing, maintenance, and other concerns or requests
  • Manage tenants with delinquent balances to bring current or proceed with move-out processing
  • Prepare, coordinate, and track lease agreements and renewals
  • Ensure timely and efficient move-in/move-out processes
  • Enforce community rules and ensure tenant compliance
  • Communicate effectively with internal teams (maintenance, leasing, owners)
