Job Highlights

Number of Paid Hours Per Week: 20 hours per week (Part-Time)
Schedule: Must be available Mondays between 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM EST; Tuesday–Friday flexible hours
Work Arrangement: Work from home
Contract: Independent Contractor

Side Note: Since this is a permanent work-from-home position with an Independent Contractor arrangement, selected candidates must have their own computer and stable internet connection. Contractors handle their own taxes and benefits. Professional fees are on an hourly basis and depend on performance during the application process.


Responsibilities

  • Manage and optimize newsletter campaigns to nurture current patients and attract new ones

  • Create strategic and engaging social media content according to a set calendar

  • Set up and manage Meta (Facebook/Instagram) paid advertising campaigns to generate quality leads

  • Develop automation and lead nurturing sequences for continuous engagement

  • Monitor and analyze ad performance to improve ROI and lead quality

  • Coordinate with internal team members handling patient conversion and follow-ups

  • Build structured marketing systems to replace irregular scheduling and posting

  • Create content that resonates with both primary care and med spa audiences


Requirements

  • Proven experience running and optimizing Meta advertising campaigns

  • Strong English communication skills (verbal and written)

  • Experience in social media content creation, scheduling, and strategic planning

  • Familiarity with email marketing platforms and newsletter management

  • Knowledge of marketing automation and lead nurturing tools

  • Ability to work independently and follow structured systems

  • Bonus: Previous experience in healthcare or medical practice marketing

  • Advantage: Understanding of patient privacy considerations and healthcare marketing compliance
