The brand has an established presence on TikTok, Amazon, and its own eCommerce website and is now scaling its marketing efforts with the right creative talent.

You’ll be the face and voice of an authentic beauty brand that helps customers transform their hair health. This role offers a unique opportunity to work directly with the founder to create engaging content and execute impactful marketing strategies across multiple platforms. You’ll have creative freedom to showcase life-changing products while growing your expertise in the fast-expanding beauty industry.

 

Responsibilities

• Create and star in TikTok videos, product demonstrations, and marketing content
• Plan and execute marketing campaigns across TikTok, Amazon, and the company website
• Develop and manage organic social media strategies with measurable results
• Build content calendars and optimize posting schedules for maximum engagement
• Serve as brand ambassador and on-camera spokesperson for hair care products
• Create promotional videos and advertisements to drive sales
• Collaborate on visual design elements and marketing materials
• Organize webinars and manage promotional events
• Repurpose and optimize existing content across multiple channels
• Track performance metrics and provide insights for continuous improvement

 

Requirements

• Experience in social media marketing, especially TikTok content creation
• Comfortable and confident appearing on camera to demonstrate products
• Knowledge of video production, editing, and content creation tools
• Strong communication skills with a natural ability to engage audiences
• Self-motivated and able to manage multiple platforms independently

 

Bonus Skills

• Experience with Amazon marketing
• Background in the beauty or hair care industry
• Understanding of influencer marketing strategies and trends
