Job Description: 

You’ll step into a proven sales role with unlimited earning potential, calling insurance agents nationwide to sell premium lead generation services. This isn’t just appointment setting – you’ll own the entire sales process, build lasting relationships with agents, and directly impact a growing company’s success. With access to over one million prospects and a competitive service that sells itself, you’ll have everything you need to succeed while earning significant commissions on every deal you close.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound cold calls to insurance agents across the United States to sell lead transfer services
  • Build and maintain relationships with insurance agents from major companies (Allstate, State Farm, Farmers, Goosehead)
  • Explain service offerings, pricing structure, and 90-second buffer guarantee to prospects
  • Close sales deals and secure ongoing contracts with agents for consistent lead purchases
  • Set appointments when a full closing isn’t immediately appropriate
  • Maintain knowledge of different insurance types (auto, life, Medicare) and their respective pricing
  • Work with prospects to establish recurring contracts for daily lead minimums
  • Track and report on sales activities, pipeline, and results

 

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of telesales or cold calling experience
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills with B2B prospects
  • Ability to learn and confidently explain insurance lead generation services
  • Comfortable making high-volume outbound calls and handling objections
  • Self-motivated and results-driven with proven closing abilities
  • Reliable internet connection and computer setup for remote work
  • Bonus if you have experience in the insurance or lead generation industries
