They are growing fast and are looking for a creative, organized, and data-driven Social Media & Digital Marketing Manager to lead our online presence and digital campaigns.

• Plan, create, and manage engaging content across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube.
  
• Develop and execute paid and organic digital marketing campaigns to generate leads and brand awareness.
  
• Optimize email marketing, landing pages, and website traffic for conversions.
  
• Monitor analytics, track performance, and adjust strategies based on results.
  
• Collaborate with leadership to ensure all content reflects our brand voice and messaging.
  
• Manage marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Mailchimp, etc.) and ad platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads).
  

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience in social media management and digital marketing (minimum 2–3 years).
  
• MUST BE COMFORTABLE TO BE IN ZOOM THROUGHOUT THE SHIFT 
• Strong understanding of analytics, SEO, and online advertising.
  
• Excellent writing skills and a keen eye for design and brand consistency.
  
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  
• Experience with HubSpot, Canva, Meta Business Suite, or Google Ads is a plus.
