Job Description: 

You’ll be at the forefront of a technology company that’s transforming how facility managers operate. As their Sales Development Representative, you’ll generate qualified leads and build relationships with decision-makers in the facility management space. This role offers the opportunity to develop your sales skills while working with software that creates real value for businesses managing complex facilities and work order systems.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct targeted cold calling campaigns to generate qualified leads for the sales team
  • Perform comprehensive lead generation activities to identify prospects in facility management
  • Engage with facility managers and property management decision-makers to introduce the platform
  • Qualify prospects and schedule appointments for senior sales team members
  • Maintain accurate CRM records of all prospect interactions and lead progression
  • Follow established scripts and processes for consistent, professional messaging
  • Collaborate with the sales team to optimize lead handoff and conversion processes

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in cold calling and lead generation
  • B2B sales experience, particularly in SaaS or technology services
  • Strong communication skills for engaging with facility management professionals
  • Self-motivated with ability to work independently in a remote environment
  • Experience with CRM systems and sales tools
  • Bonus if you have experience in property management or facilities industry
