Contract: Independent Contractor
Schedule: Monday to Friday, Flexible during business hours, ACST (4 hours per day / 20 hours per week)
Job Responsibilities
Mission & Branding: Design and execute campaigns that promote wellness services and enhance brand visibility.
Digital Campaigns: Manage and optimize ads across Google, Meta, YouTube, and other platforms with a focus on e-commerce performance.
Project Management: Coordinate with service providers (web designers, hosting, etc.) to achieve increased sales and bookings.
Website Management: Optimize the WordPress website for sales, bookings, and targeted demographic campaigns. Problem Solving: Identify gaps in expertise and collaborate with providers to implement solutions.
Monthly Reporting: Deliver reports and meet with the owner to discuss performance, promotions, and new strategies. Lead Generation: Manage social media, email, and SMS campaigns integrated with the booking system.
Online Presence Strategy: Improve the website, Google Business profile, and social media platforms for stronger visibility.
Enquiry Conversion: Enhance conversion rates through effective communication and follow-up strategies.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in digital marketing, including designing and executing campaigns to promote services and enhance brand visibility.
- Hands-on experience managing and optimizing ads on platforms such as Google, Meta, YouTube, and other digital channels, with a focus on e-commerce performance.
- Strong project management skills, including coordinating with external service providers (web designers, hosting, developers) to achieve business goals.
- Experience managing and optimizing WordPress websites for sales, bookings, and targeted demographic campaigns.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify gaps in processes or expertise and collaborate with providers to implement effective solutions.
- Experience generating leads and managing multi-channel campaigns via social media, email, and SMS, integrated with booking or CRM systems.
- Knowledge of online presence strategy, including website optimization, Google Business profile management, and social media platform growth.
- Strong communication and follow-up skills to enhance enquiry conversion rates.
- Ability to track, analyze, and report performance metrics and translate insights into actionable marketing strategies.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
