Role Overview
We are seeking a Marketing & Content Specialist who can take rough ideas and turn them into polished marketing content. This role focuses on writing, content development, and channel management rather than campaign execution.

Key Responsibilities
Create written content for:

  • Email marketing
  • LinkedIn posts
  • Website content
  • Take high-level ideas and develop them into complete content pieces
  • Research topics independently to support content creation
  • Manage and update content across marketing channels
  • Create basic visual or graphic assets where required
  • Collaborate with leadership to refine messaging

Ideal Candidate

  • Strong copywriting and written communication skills
  • Ability to work from minimal direction
  • Experience with email and LinkedIn content creation
  • Basic graphic design skills are a plus
  • Understanding of website content best practices
  • Comfortable using AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT) as support—not a replacement
