Role Overview
We are looking for a tenacious and persistent Appointment Setter / Telemarketer to contact business owners and book appointments for our sales team. This is a high-volume, repetitive outreach role requiring resilience and confidence.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to business owners
- Follow up persistently via calls, SMS, and email
- Ask qualifying questions using a simple script
- Book appointments with the sales team
- Log activity and outcomes accurately in the CRM
- Maintain professionalism and energy across repeated outreach attempts
Ideal Candidate
- Excellent spoken English and clear communication skills
- Comfortable speaking with business owners and decision-makers
- Highly persistent, resilient, and goal-oriented
- Experience in telemarketing, appointment setting, or outbound sales preferred
- Able to follow scripts while sounding natural and confident
