We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Spanish Bilingual Admin & Sales Support professional to assist with inbound calls, appointment booking, administrative tasks, and basic social media execution. This is a part-time role ideal for someone who is comfortable on the phone, highly organized, and able to support daily operations.
Schedule:
- Wednesday–Friday: 3:00 PM – 8:00 PM (no break)
- Saturday–Sunday: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM (30-minute paid break)
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer inbound calls and assist clients with booking services
- Follow call scripts while maintaining a professional and friendly tone
- Provide administrative and operational support for day-to-day tasks and small projects
- Assist with basic social media posting and engagement (execution only, no strategy required)
- Accurately update records, notes, and internal systems
Requirements:
- Fluent in English and Spanish (verbal and written)
- 2–3+ years of experience in phone-based sales or customer service
- Comfortable handling calls, booking appointments, and working with scripts
- Highly organized, dependable, and detail-oriented
- Familiar with basic social media posting and scheduling tools
