Overview:
We are looking for a detail-oriented Digital Marketing & Content Coordinator to support our ongoing content, email marketing, and listing management efforts. This role focuses on execution, organization, and consistency across multiple platforms, supporting our real estate marketing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Social Media Content & Management

Create and publish 20 SEO-optimized posts per month, including:

15 static/carousel posts

10 short-form video reels
-

Schedule and post content across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok

Share all posts and reels to Stories
-
Ensure consistent branding, captions, hashtags, and SEO best practices

Provide monthly performance reporting
Email Marketing

Create and send:

4 newsletter email blasts per month
-
8 property email blasts per month (new listing alerts & active listing promotions)

Ensure proper formatting, links, and brand alignment
Marketing Collateral

Create 15 brochures per month using Buildout

Prepare 10 listing presentations per month using internal templates and software
Video & Podcast Distribution

Upload raw video and podcast content to OpusClip for AI editing

Publish edited videos directly from OpusClip to all social media platforms
Website & Listings Management

Upload and manage property listings for sale on the company website

Ensure accuracy of listing details, images, and descriptions
Qualifications:

Experience in social media management and content scheduling

Familiarity with email marketing tools and campaigns

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Comfortable using AI tools and marketing software (e.g., OpusClip, Buildout)

Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently

Basic understanding of SEO and social media best practices
