Overview
We are seeking a skilled Media Growth Manager to manage Target Roundel and Walmart Connect campaigns while helping identify, test, and expand into additional paid media channels such as Meta, TikTok, and Google. This role builds and maintains analytics dashboards, evaluates PDP/SEO/CRO signals, and delivers actionable insights that guide channel investment, creative strategy, and retailer-facing execution. You will ensure every paid media dollar—retail or non-retail—delivers measurable impact.
Job Highlights
Number of Paid Hours Per Week: 20 hours per week
Schedule: Collaborate with U.S.-based teams during 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM CST
Work Arrangement: Work from home / Overseas
Contract: Independent Contractor
Side Note: Since this is a work-from-home contractor position, the selected candidate must have their own computer and reliable internet connection. They will handle their own benefits and taxes. Professional fees are paid on an hourly basis and the final rate will depend on performance during the application process.
Responsibilities

Plan, launch, and optimize Target Roundel (primary) and Walmart Connect retail media campaigns

Recommend and help implement additional paid media channels (Meta, TikTok, Google) aligned with brand strategy and business goals

Build and maintain dashboards integrating retail media, paid social, web, SEO, and CRO performance signals

Conduct keyword and audience research to strengthen visibility, efficiency, and conversion

Analyze traffic quality, conversion patterns, AOV trends, and category movement

Provide insights to refine creative direction, messaging, targeting, and channel mix

Collaborate with Brand Strategy, Content Strategy, Email/CRM, and Design teams to ensure paid media aligns with overall storytelling

Deliver clear weekly performance readouts with actionable recommendations
Requirements

5+ years in retail media, paid social, performance marketing, or analytics

Strong experience with Walmart Connect and/or Target Roundel (required)

Working knowledge of Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, and Google Ads for early testing and channel expansion guidance

Ability to diagnose performance issues and recommend next steps across retail and paid channels

Highly analytical with strong communication and insight storytelling skills

Experience partnering with creative and brand teams to support paid media campaigns
