Since this is a work-from-home contractor position, the selected candidate must have their own computer and reliable internet connection. They will handle their own benefits and taxes. Professional fees are paid on an hourly basis and the final rate will depend on performance during the application process.

Responsibilities

• Make professional outbound calls to businesses from local directories to request explicit email marketing consent

• Update HubSpot CRM with consent status, contact information, and compliance documentation

• Document the manner of consent collection to meet strict email marketing regulations

• Maintain accurate records of all call outcomes and follow-up requirements

• Handle CRM data entry, cleaning, and contact management tasks

• Follow up with previously contacted leads to nurture relationships

• Work during business hours to connect with decision makers at target businesses

• Support the sales team by maintaining clean, compliant lead databases

Requirements

• Strong English communication skills for professional business conversations

• Sales and appointment setting experience is required

• Experience with CRM systems, preferably HubSpot

• Understanding of email marketing compliance and consent collection best practices

• Ability to handle rejection professionally while maintaining consistent call volume

• Reliable internet connection and quiet, professional work environment

• Availability during Eastern Time business hours
