Are you a data-obsessed growth marketer with a heart for community?
At The Company, we believe that true growth happens at the intersection of aggressive acquisition and genuine connection. We are looking for a Meta Ads & CRM Community Specialist to take ownership of our digital ecosystem.
This role is not for the "set it and forget it" marketer. We need a strategist who can build high-performing acquisition funnels on Meta, and then nurture that traffic into a loyal, raving community through sophisticated CRM management.
You will be the bridge between our paid media and our customer retention, using a highly analytical, test-driven approach to scale our brand.
The Role
You will be responsible for the full lifecycle of the customer journey. You will design the tests that bring people in, and build the community architecture that keeps them here.
The Acquisition Engine (Meta Ads)
- Strategy & Execution: Manage end-to-end Meta (Facebook/Instagram) ad campaigns with a focus on ROAS and CPA.
- Scientific Testing: Implement a rigorous A/B and multivariate testing roadmap. You aren't guessing; you are testing creative variables, audiences, and copy to find the winning formula.
- Creative Direction: Brief our creative team on high-converting assets (UGC, statics, video) based on performance data.
-
Data Analysis: Deep dive into metrics daily. You should be comfortable pivoting strategy based on what the numbers (Pixel data, GA4) are telling you.
The Retention & Community Engine (CRM)
- Community Building: Go beyond "email blasts." Build a community ecosystem that fosters engagement, conversation, and brand loyalty.
- Lifecycle Marketing: Design complex CRM flows (Welcome Series, Post-Purchase, Win-back, VIP) that feel personal and relevant.
- Segmentation: Use data to segment audiences granularly. You know that speaking to a loyal VIP requires a different tone than speaking to a cold lead.
-
Social Media Management: oversee organic social channels to ensure the "community vibe" aligns with our paid messaging.
Who You Are
You are a "T-Shaped" marketer. You have broad knowledge of digital marketing, but deep, specialized expertise in Paid Social and CRM.
- You are obsessed with Data: You don't just look at vanity metrics (likes/shares). You look at Conversion Rate, CTR, LTV (Lifetime Value), and CAC (Customer Acquisition Cost).
- You are a Builder: You have a proven track record of growing online communities from the ground up.
- You are a Scientist: You approach marketing with a hypothesis. You test, measure, learn, and iterate.
-
You are Tech-Savvy: You have mastered the tools of the trade.
-
Required: Meta Business Manager, Google Analytics (GA4).
-
Reqzuired: CRM platforms (e.g., Klaviyo, HubSpot, Mailchimp, or similar).
-
Bonus: Shopify/WooCommerce experience.
-
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in Paid Social (Meta) and CRM/Email Marketing.
- Proven experience managing significant monthly ad spend.
- A portfolio or case studies demonstrating how you have built and nurtured an online community.
-
Strong copywriting skills (you know how to write copy that sells and connects).
Why Join The Company?
- Impact: You won't be a cog in a wheel. Your testing strategies will directly dictate the direction of our campaigns.
- Growth: We are a forward-thinking company. As we scale, you scale.
-
Culture: We value creativity backed by logic. We support bold experiments and celebrate the wins.
