Overview

Are you a highly technical and analytical marketing specialist with a proven track record of scaling digital presence? Our client's growing physical therapy practice is seeking a part-time Marketing Assistant to focus solely on the execution, scaling, and data analysis of their core growth channels. While they have a creative assistant handling content generation, they need an analytical mind to ensure strategies are technically sound and delivering a measurable Return on Investment (ROI).

You will be the key driver behind paid campaigns and technical platform optimization, working directly with the owner to turn content into revenue and audience growth.

What You'll Be Responsible For (Technical & Analytical Focus)

  • Paid Ad Management & Scaling: Manage, launch, and ruthlessly optimize Facebook/Instagram ad campaigns with a primary focus on scaling successful campaigns and delivering a strong, measurable ROI.

  • YouTube Channel Growth: Implement technical and analytical strategies to scale our new YouTube channel, including optimizing video titles, tags, descriptions, and thumbnails for search visibility.

  • Podcast Launch Support: Handle the technical back-end of our new podcast, including platform submission, basic audio editing, and integration with our website/funnels.

  • SEO & Web Optimization: Implement advanced SEO strategies (technical audits, schema markup, keyword mapping) to achieve top Google search rankings for our website.

  • Funnel Management: Expertly manage and maintain our existing marketing funnels, using data insights to optimize conversion rates. Experience with ClickFunnels is strongly preferred.

  • Performance Reporting: Track, analyze, and report on key metrics across all platforms (Ads, YouTube, Website) to inform future strategy and budget allocation.

Who You Are (The Ideal Candidate)

  • 2-3 years of experience of marketing preferably in the healthcare space

  • Proven track record in FB/IG ads; healthcare experience and other platforms are a plus.

  • Productivity tracking via TimeDoctor is required. (Must be willing to work with a productivity tracker)

  • Experience with Facebook Ads with a proven positive ROI

  • Experience launching and scaling a YouTube channel, plus repurposing content across other media

  • Experience launching and growing a podcast

  • Experience with ClickFunnel is a plus

  • A Technical Implementer: You are less focused on writing copy or shooting video and more focused on platform setup, data analysis, and technical optimization.

  • Data-Driven: You use metrics and analytics to guide every decision and can clearly articulate what is working and what needs to be fixed.

  • Growth Minded: You have a passion for scaling a business and treating marketing budgets like an investment that must deliver profitable returns.

  • Platform Fluent: Highly experienced with Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, YouTube Studio analytics, and SEO tools (e.g., Ahrefs, SEMrush).

  • Target Audience Savvy: Experienced in marketing to a diverse audience, with a strong understanding of how to technically reach and convert the 50+ age demographic.

  • A Self-Starter: You thrive in a virtual environment and can manage complex projects independently.

If your primary skill is graphic design, video editing, or copywriting, this is not the right role for you. We are looking for the analytical engine that drives our existing creative content forward.
