Job Overview
Our client is seeking an experienced Paid Media professional with expertise in B2B lead generation through paid search, display ads, programmatic, print, and paid social strategy and execution with strong project management skills.
Responsibilities
As a successful Paid Media Associate, your primary responsibilities include the following:
- Assist the Paid Media Director with project management, note-taking, and task creation and prioritization.
- Ensure all tasks (keyword research, ad copy creation, campaign launches) are completed on schedule.
- Monitor project progress using project management tools (Asana, Miro) and ensure milestones are met.
- Coordinate with marketing and PR teams, content creators, designers, and stakeholders to ensure campaign alignment.
- Assist with paid advertising, account management, and reporting for the client's clients.
- Maintain detailed documentation of project decisions, timelines, budgets, and other relevant information.
- Gather data from different platforms and consolidate into reports and slide decks.
- Regularly check campaign metrics such as impressions, clicks, and conversions.
- Implement paid media best practices and SOP’s that are consistent and scalable across a growing team, taking direction from the client's Director of Paid Media.
- Assist with conducting and presenting client audits of paid media and paid social accounts, with the ability to communicate findings and next steps to a variety of stakeholders.
- Assist with facilitating effective client-onboarding processes to integrate new business, including
staff utilization and organizational planning when necessary.
Requirements
What the client is looking for:
- MUST HAVE :2+ years of experience managing paid media, search, display, and social, primarily in Google, Bing, and LinkedIn platforms.
- 2+ years of experience managing paid media client relationships with strong written and verbal communication.
- Agency experience is a major plus, and the ability to manage multiple accounts/projects simultaneously is a must-have for this position.
- Ability to take a data-led approach to campaign strategy with hands-on experience in tactical execution - setting up, launching, optimizing, and reporting on multi-channel campaigns
- Ability to identify insights and implement recommendations for campaign improvement.
- Experience delivering results and recommendations to clients via weekly check-ins, quarterly business reviews, and daily communication.
- Skill to ensure optimal allocation of budgets across platforms and campaigns to maximize ROI.
- Work with content creators, SEO specialists, and account managers to ensure cohesive campaign execution.
- Ability to maintain a positive attitude within a sometimes challenging, high-growth environment.
- Experience with HubSpot, Ahrefs, SEMRush, Marketo, Google Analytics, and Google Tag Manager is a major plus.
