As a Customer Support Agent, you’ll play a vital role in assisting members with inquiries, bookings, and administrative tasks through live chat, ticketing systems, and occasional voice collaboration. Responsibilities
  • Engage with customers through calls, live chat and ticketing platforms, providing knowledgeable and friendly assistance
  • Handle a wide range of inquiries related to memberships, court bookings, coaching programs, and general administration
  • Collaborate with internal teams, such as tennis coaches, to resolve complex queries and ensure seamless support
  • Serve as the first point of contact, escalating issues to higher support tiers when necessary
  • Deliver exceptional, over-the-top customer service that exceeds expectations

Requirements

  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly and concisely
  • A friendly and approachable demeanor, coupled with a passion for providing outstanding customer service
  • Strong multitasking and problem-solving abilities to handle multiple inquiries efficiently
  • Familiarity with customer service tools and practices, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow
  • Flexibility to work full-time, including weekends, to align with the company’s operational hours
