Key Responsibilities

Make a minimum of 100 outbound B2B cold calls per day to UK business owners and decision-makers

Clearly introduce the client's tailored business finance offerings (e.g., business loans, asset finance, working capital, merchant cash advances, invoice finance, vehicle & property finance)

Qualify leads based on business-specific criteria and suitability for finance solutions

Book 15–20 qualified appointments per week for the senior sales team

Maintain accurate and detailed CRM (Hubspot) activity and records

Follow up on warm leads and inbound enquiries

Work collaboratively on scripts, value-led messaging, and outreach strategy

Provide weekly reporting on call volumes, conversion rates, and insights to improve approach
Requirements

1–2+ years of experience in B2B cold calling, lead generation, or appointment setting

Understanding of or background in financial services, commercial lending, or business finance is highly desirable (experience with the UK finance market a strong plus)

Excellent phone manner — confident and professional when speaking with business owners and decision-makers

Strong communication, organisation, and time-management skills

Resilient, target-driven, and able to handle objections constructively

Experience with CRM tools and excellent data hygiene practices

Able to work independently while contributing to team goals
