Key Responsibilities

  • Drive revenue growth by promoting and booking premium consultation services priced at £400–£500+ per session
  • Engage prospective patients through strategic outreach on LinkedIn and other professional networks

  • Manage the full patient relationship journey, from initial enquiry through consultation booking and ongoing coordination

  • Convert warm leads and inbound enquiries into confirmed, high-value consultation appointments

  • Promote and support the sale of newly launched online wellness programs to expand the practice’s reach

  • Implement and maintain structured patient follow-up processes to ensure continuity of care

  • Deliver a white-glove level of customer service aligned with a premium, high-touch practice experience

  • Manage scheduling, confirmations, and administrative workflows efficiently and accurately

  • Identify and support new patient acquisition channels and creative outreach opportunities

  • Build long-term patient relationships that support both satisfaction and sustainable practice growth
