Job Description:
You’ll join a dynamic leadership development practice where your organizational skills and educational background will directly impact how transformational content reaches corporate clients. This isn’t just administrative support—you’ll be architecting systems that turn years of expertise into accessible, organized resources. You’ll work closely with the founder to build something meaningful while having the flexibility to grow into greater responsibilities as the practice evolves.
Responsibilities:
- Design and implement a comprehensive digital library system for leadership development content
- Archive, categorize, and organize existing curricula according to learning frameworks
- Repurpose and update training materials for multiple client applications
- Support development of client-facing deliverables and materials
- Coordinate time-sensitive projects across multiple corporate client accounts
- Assist with curricula design and development initiatives
- Implement automation systems to streamline content management processes
- Utilize AI tools to enhance efficiency and content development
- Handle administrative coordination including scheduling and project management
Requirements:
- Proven experience in Learning & Development or educational environments
- Advanced multimedia and technology capabilities
- Excellent writing and editing skills for curricula and training materials
- High emotional intelligence and ability to work independently
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Bonus if you have experience with content management systems and database organization
- It helps if you have knowledge of automation tools and AI efficiency applications
- Bonus if you have background in psychology, trauma-informed practices, or coaching environments
