Executive Support

Manage and prioritize the Group GM’s inbox with a high level of confidentiality

Coordinate and maintain calendars, including scheduling and rescheduling appointments

Organize and prepare materials for internal and external meetings

Prepare correspondence, communications, and basic reports
-
Assist with document management, filing, and version tracking
-
Coordinate travel arrangements, itineraries, and accommodations

Provide meeting preparation support, including agendas and minutes
Project & Administrative Support

Track and provide updates on ongoing internal projects across the group

Support the preparation of documents such as policies, presentations, and proposals

Assist in maintaining organization across various administrative functions
Requirements
-
Minimum 2 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or Personal Assistant

Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Experience preparing professional documents (policies, presentations, reports)

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities

High level of discretion, confidentiality, and professionalism

Ability to work independently, manage deadlines, and anticipate needs
-
Must be located within 2-hour time difference from Perth
