Our client is a boutique digital agency that helps food, beverage, and lifestyle brands scale through storytelling, community, and creativity. They are seeking a Social Media Specialist who is creative, detail-oriented, and highly skilled in both social media management and AI tools. In this role, you’ll support multiple client accounts as well as the agency’s own brand, turning everyday café, restaurant, and hospitality moments into scroll-stopping digital stories.
Responsibilities
1. Content Creation & Scheduling
- Plan, create, and schedule posts across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Yelp, and Google My Business for multiple brands
- Write engaging, on-brand captions while ensuring each account’s tone and personality remain consistent
- Use AI tools to brainstorm content ideas and generate captions, hashtags, and campaign concepts
- Maintain and organize content calendars for timely, high-quality posting
2. AI-Enhanced Creative Production
- Design motion graphics, static graphics, and carousels using Canva Magic Studio or similar tools
- Edit and produce short-form videos using CapCut Pro, Runway, or other AI-driven editors
- Use Midjourney, DALL·E, or similar tools for creative concepts, visual mockups, and ideation
- Repurpose existing content to maximize reach across platforms
3. Community & Review Management
- Respond promptly to comments, DMs, and messages across all social channels
- Manage and respond to Yelp and Google My Business reviews—both positive and negative—with professionalism and empathy within 24 hours
- Engage with followers, local creators, and partner pages to strengthen online communities
- Identify and highlight user-generated content and brand mentions for reposting
4. Analytics & Reporting
- Track and analyze performance metrics (reach, engagement, follower growth, content performance)
- Use AI-powered dashboards or templates to create concise performance reports
- Provide monthly insights and content recommendations
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience managing social media accounts (brand, agency, or creator)
- Proficient in Canva, CapCut, Meta Business Suite, TikTok Business Center, Yelp for Business, and Google My Business
- Skilled in AI tools such as ChatGPT, Canva Magic Studio, Runway, Midjourney, Nano Banana, or D-ID
- Strong writing skills with excellent organization and visual storytelling abilities
- Experience in the food, beverage, or lifestyle industries
