Key Responsibilities:
Marketing Admin Support
- Coordinate and track ongoing paid google and social media marketing initiatives
- Organise campaign calendars and assist with meeting deadlines
- Prepare basic performance reports and maintain marketing files
- Handle general administrative tasks that support marketing operations
Social Media & Content Management
- Assist in developing and scheduling daily content across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Write engaging captions while maintaining a consistent brand voice
- Collaborate with the Graphic Designer for visual content needs
- Monitor social media engagement and provide light community management
Paid Marketing
- Assist in setting up, managing, and optimising paid marketing campaigns (Meta, Google, or similar)
- Monitor campaign performance and compile reports
- Support campaign planning and coordinate creative asset requests
Requirements:
- 2+ years of marketing support experience in paid Google and Social Media campaigns
- Direct experience assisting with paid marketing campaigns
- Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and time management
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Familiarity with marketing tools, CRMs, or project management platforms is a plus
