Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls within the specified industry to generate interest in company products
- Leave voicemails and detailed notes in the CRM system
- Present the company’s products or services in a compelling and persuasive manner, addressing the specific needs and concerns of prospects
- Follow up on leads and attempt to close sales after providing trial access
- Achieve daily KPIs related to call volume, lead engagement, conversions, and other key metrics
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring continuous engagement and identifying opportunities for future business
Requirements
- 2+ years of telesales or telemarketing experience
- Excellent phone communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience working with CRM systems
