Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM Alberta, Canada Time

Total Weekly Hours: 42.5 hours

Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls within the specified industry to generate interest in company products
  • Leave voicemails and detailed notes in the CRM system
  • Present the company’s products or services in a compelling and persuasive manner, addressing the specific needs and concerns of prospects
  • Follow up on leads and attempt to close sales after providing trial access
  • Achieve daily KPIs related to call volume, lead engagement, conversions, and other key metrics
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring continuous engagement and identifying opportunities for future business

 

Requirements

  • 2+ years of telesales or telemarketing experience
  • Excellent phone communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience working with CRM systems
  • Strong passion for sales and achieving targets
