Job Description
You’ll play a crucial role in a creative studio’s growth by converting high-quality Facebook leads into booked appointments. This isn’t cold calling – you’ll be working with warm leads who have already shown interest in the studio’s services. You’ll use proven scripts and established processes to connect interested prospects with the creative services they need, all while building your sales expertise in a supportive remote environment that values results and provides clear systems for success.

Responsibilities

  • Make outbound phone calls to leads generated through Facebook marketing campaigns
  • Convert qualified leads into paid appointments using provided scripts and conversation frameworks
  • Follow established sales processes while maintaining natural conversation flow
  • Manage lead follow-up sequences and appointment scheduling coordination
  • Track and report on conversion metrics, call outcomes, and pipeline progress
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM systems and lead management tools
  • Collaborate with the team to optimize scripts and improve conversion rates
  • Meet daily and weekly appointment-setting targets and KPIs

Requirements

  • Proven sales experience, with preference for appointment setting roles
  • Strong communication skills and confident phone presence
  • Experience with outbound calling and lead conversion processes
  • Ability to follow scripts while keeping conversations natural and engaging
  • Comfortable working with CRM systems and lead management platforms
  • Bonus if you have experience in creative industries or studio environments
  • It helps if you’re familiar with Facebook lead generation and warm lead conversion
