BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT PARTNER (REMOTE / INTERNATIONAL)

GENERAL OBJECTIVE
The Business Development Partner is responsible for winning new international clients by driving end-to-end business development—from market research and lead generation to high-level engagement and closing Recruitment Agreements. This role is ideal for a high-performing, KPI-driven salesperson who thrives in independent work, excels in remote selling, and consistently delivers monthly, quarterly, and annual acquisition targets.
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Market Intelligence & Opportunity Identification

Conduct ongoing research on global manpower trends to identify countries, industries, and employers with recruitment potential.

Evaluate opportunities, validate demand, and recommend strategic markets for expansion.

Keep abreast of competitor activity, pricing shifts, regulatory updates, and other developments impacting international recruitment.
2. Lead Generation & Strategic Prospecting

Build and maintain a strong pipeline using targeted research, cold outreach, email campaigns, and structured follow-ups.

Identify and engage decision-makers across target organizations through calls, emails, and digital channels.

Assess client fit by understanding hiring cycles, manpower needs, deployment timelines, and potential volume.
3. Client Engagement, Negotiation & Deal Closure

Deliver compelling sales presentations tailored to overseas employers.

Lead negotiations, overcome objections, and secure signed Recruitment Agreements aligned with industry standards and regulatory requirements.

Maintain urgency, clarity, and disciplined follow-through from first contact to signature.
4. Post-Signing Turnover & Accreditation Support

Provide complete, accurate client information to internal teams for smooth accreditation processes.

Coordinate closely with Operations, Compliance, and Documentation to ensure seamless onboarding.

Prevent delays by ensuring all client requirements and documentation are complete.
5. Reporting, CRM Discipline & Accountability

Log all leads, interactions, negotiations, and agreements with precision.

Submit weekly updates covering pipeline status, forecasted closures, negotiations, and new opportunities.

Demonstrate transparency, consistency, and full accountability for sales activities.
6. Professional Representation

Represent the organization with confidence, clarity, and professionalism in all client interactions.

Uphold brand reputation by ensuring only high-potential, well-qualified prospects enter the pipeline.
QUALIFICATIONS & COMPETENCIES
Experience & Knowledge

3–5 years of business development or B2B sales experience, ideally in international recruitment, staffing, outsourcing, or HR services.

Familiarity with overseas recruitment workflows or regulatory environments is an advantage.

Proven success selling remotely and achieving consistent sales performance.
