The Opportunity:
Our client is seeking a dedicated and results-driven Appointment Setter to play a pivotal role in our client's sales pipeline. You will be the crucial first point of contact, generating qualified appointments through proactive and professional outreach. This is not just an appointment setting role; it's a business development position where your ability to engage, qualify, and secure commitment from potential clients directly fuels the company's growth. You will work in a structured, supportive team environment with clear processes and ownership.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute outbound prospecting strategies via international cold calling and high-volume WhatsApp/text messaging to generate qualified sales appointments.
  • Professionally represent the company, articulating the value proposition to potential clients in the financial services space.
  • Meticulously manage and update lead records, tracking all interactions and outcomes in the CRM system.
  • Work in tandem with a dedicated administrative support team member who handles all follow-up emails, scheduling, and lead nurturing processes.
  • Focus purely on the outreach and initial qualification, passing perfectly prepared leads to the senior sales executives for video consultation and closing.
  • Consistently meet and exceed weekly and monthly targets for qualified appointments set.

Requirements:

  • Proven Experience: Minimum of 3 years in a dedicated outbound cold calling and appointment setting role, preferably within financial services, B2B services, or a related industry.
  • Communication Expert: Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills. You are confident, articulate, and persuasive on the phone with an international audience.
  • Tech-Savvy Prospector: Highly proficient and experienced in using WhatsApp for Business as a primary professional communication and lead engagement tool.
  • Resilient & Driven: Thrives in a target-driven environment, embraces rejection as part of the process, and maintains a positive, persistent attitude.
  • Organized & Efficient: Expert at managing a high volume of daily outreach activities without compromising on the quality of interaction.
  • Self-Starter: Excellent at working autonomously in a remote setting, with strong discipline and time management skills.
