About the Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Marketplace Listings Executive to manage and optimize product listings across multiple online marketplaces. The ideal candidate will have strong written English skills, the ability to create compelling product titles and descriptions, and solid experience working with data in spreadsheets.

You will be responsible for preparing and uploading product data, maintaining listing accuracy, and ensuring our catalogue meets each marketplace’s requirements. Experience with platforms such as Linnworks, Shopify, and Mirakl is highly desirable but not essential—training can be provided for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities

• Create, edit, and optimize product titles, descriptions, and attributes.
• Manage product data and uploads using Excel/Google Sheets.
• Prepare bulk-upload templates for marketplaces (e.g., Mirakl platforms).
• Ensure accurate mapping of product information, categories, and variations.
• Monitor listings for errors, suppressions, or compliance issues.
• Coordinate with the operations team to ensure stock levels, pricing, and product data are up to date.
• Work within systems such as Linnworks and Shopify to maintain product feeds (training provided if needed).
• Support expansion onto new marketplaces.

Key Requirements

• Excellent English writing skills — able to produce clear, engaging product descriptions.
• Has Miraki experience.
• Strong Excel skills (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, formulas, data cleaning, CSV handling).
• Experience working with marketplace templates or bulk product uploads.
• Ability to manage large amounts of data with high accuracy.
• Organized, detail-focused, and able to work independently.
• Experience with Linnworks, Shopify, or Mirakl is an advantage but not essential.

Preferred Experience (Not Essential)

• Previous experience in e-commerce product listing or catalogue management.
• Understanding of marketplace requirements (e.g., Decathlon, B&Q, Debenhams, OnBuy, etc., if using Mirakl).
• SEO understanding for titles/descriptions.
