Field Operations Monitoring: Remotely monitor field activities using computer and phone systems to ensure the safety, security, and compliance of personnel and company assets.

Emergency & Non-Emergency Call Handling: Receive, assess, and respond to emergency and non-emergency calls from field personnel, clients, and stakeholders, accurately documenting all relevant details.

Incident & Problem Resolution: Address issues and service requests from field personnel by providing clear guidance, transmitting critical information, or escalating matters when necessary.

Schedule & Attendance Monitoring: Monitor the scheduling system to ensure all security personnel are properly clocked in and assigned. Identify gaps, fill vacancies as needed, and update schedules accurately in real time.

Real-Time Tracking & Compliance: Track patrol routes, check-ins, and scans to ensure adherence to established security protocols and operational standards.

Call & Message Prioritization: Assess and prioritize incoming calls, alerts, and messages based on urgency and operational impact, taking immediate action when required.

Dispatch Coordination: Dispatch onsite guards, mobile patrols, or other field units to appropriate locations using phone and computer systems in response to incidents, alarms, or client requests.

Data Entry & Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and detailed logs of calls, incidents, dispatch activities, and field operations within the system.

Report Review: Review and approve shift reports and incident documentation for completeness and accuracy.

Ad Hoc Support: Perform additional duties as assigned by supervisors or management to ensure smooth and uninterrupted field operations.
Requirements
