Security Field Operations Coordinator

Schedule: Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday; 5:00 AM - 2:00 PM Washington Time with 1 hour unpaid break
Total weekly hours: 24 Hours
 
The agent/s will serve as the central point of contact for security guards, clients, and management. Our client is looking for a reliable Operations Coordinator to be the communication point for security guards, emergency and non-emergency calls. You will receive requests, transmit messages, monitor schedules and track security guards, ensuring client requests are being met and communication with guards is consistent. The ideal candidate must be an excellent communicator and able to remain calm and composed, especially in emergency situations. You must be able to multi-task as well as prioritize appropriate actions. This position requires a technological savvy individual. The goal is to ensure clients' needs are met and guards communicate and are successful in their positions.
 
Responsibilities
  • Field Operations Monitoring: Remotely monitor field activities using computer and phone systems to ensure the safety, security, and compliance of personnel and company assets.

  • Emergency & Non-Emergency Call Handling: Receive, assess, and respond to emergency and non-emergency calls from field personnel, clients, and stakeholders, accurately documenting all relevant details.

  • Incident & Problem Resolution: Address issues and service requests from field personnel by providing clear guidance, transmitting critical information, or escalating matters when necessary.

  • Schedule & Attendance Monitoring: Monitor the scheduling system to ensure all security personnel are properly clocked in and assigned. Identify gaps, fill vacancies as needed, and update schedules accurately in real time.

  • Real-Time Tracking & Compliance: Track patrol routes, check-ins, and scans to ensure adherence to established security protocols and operational standards.

  • Call & Message Prioritization: Assess and prioritize incoming calls, alerts, and messages based on urgency and operational impact, taking immediate action when required.

  • Dispatch Coordination: Dispatch onsite guards, mobile patrols, or other field units to appropriate locations using phone and computer systems in response to incidents, alarms, or client requests.

  • Data Entry & Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and detailed logs of calls, incidents, dispatch activities, and field operations within the system.

  • Report Review: Review and approve shift reports and incident documentation for completeness and accuracy.

  • Ad Hoc Support: Perform additional duties as assigned by supervisors or management to ensure smooth and uninterrupted field operations.

 
 

Requirements
